How we give you the most love in each bottle
In order to give you the most delicious and healthiest juice possible, we proudly use a Hydraulic Cold-Press Juicer. Why? Traditional juicers (known as centrifugal or masticating juicers), Vitamixes, and smoothie blenders use a high-speed grinding method to liquify produce, which is more damaging to the produce's cellular structure and generates heat in the process. Both of these speed up the oxidation process of raw juice, which diminishes many valuable vitamins and nutrients. The cold-pressed method gently extracts juice by pressing the pulp of fruits and vegetables, which helps preserve the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. The result is a more nutritious, better tasting juice that lasts longer.

Why Glass Bottles?
Raw juice can extensively impact your overall health and wellness. That's why we bottle our goods in glass. Even though it's more expensive, glass ensures optimal taste, freshness, and quality. Plastic bottles have been known to leach toxic chemicals, making glass the safest option for storage.
Most juice companies using plastic bottles process their juices using pasteurization or hydrostatic pressure processing. Studies show that both of these methods diminish the nutrient and vitamin content of the juice, which is sacrificed for a longer shelf life (30-45 days).
How the deposit works: A $2 bottle deposit is added to our tall-sized (17.5 oz) juices and nut/seed milks, which is refunded to you once the bottle is rinsed and returned to our pop-up. We wash, sanitize, and reuse the returned bottles – cutting out any redundant waste.
